Dr. Donnie Hutchinson

Dr. Donnie Hutchinson is a professor at the University of Dayton, a work-life balance coach, author, and speaker at the IAFF/ALTS and many other first responder health and wellness conferences. He works with firefighters, police officers, and EMS first responders on discovering and acknowledging what’s really important in their lives through hands-on reflection exercises. He teaches his online students how to use their life’s priorities as a roadmap to living a balanced life – then he helps you put this new knowledge into action by guiding you on developing a personalized work-life balance improvement plan. Dr. Donnie, his wife Marlene, and two of their six children live in Dayton, Ohio while the others are attending college and serving in the United States Army. Dr. Donnie is a veteran of the United States Army National Guard.
